Susan Payne, the president and CEO, has over 30 years of experience selling advertising and marketing products in the South Florida market. Currently, Susan is a top producer in real estate sales at one of Naples’ leading real estate firms, plus a volunteer at the Chamber of Commerce's Visitor Center. It is because of the time she has spent at the Visitor's Center that she has seen the need for a regularly scheduled shuttle service from Naples to the regional airports including Ft. Myers, Ft. Lauderdale and Miami.

Susan’s daughter, Susan Payne-Elston., will be the marketing and public relations director. Susan Payne-Elston has more than 15 years of experience in marketing and communications, covering an array of industry sectors including cable, direct marketing, and information technology. She holds a bachelors degree in advertising and a MBA in marketing.

Kelly Farrell will serve as Manager of Alligator Alley Express. She has over eight years as a Transportation Professional. Having worked at the positions of Driver, Dispatcher, Manager & Trainer at various transportation companies gives Kelly the insight on how to make this industry run smoothly. Her previous employment in the transportation industry includ: Valley Transportation Systems (VT), Dolphin Transportation (Nantucket, MA), Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (Amherst & North Hampton, MA). Kelly holds a Class C driver's license with passenger endorsement.

The company will also increase its frequency of service to the East Coast based on market demand. Over the long term, Alligator Alley Express aims to own a fleet of 15 vans and employee up to 30 drivers.
